Build a shared understanding of AI across your leadership group, then find where it actually applies to you.
Several teams are already using AI tools, though nobody can say which ones or under what controls. You have sat through vendor demonstrations that were impressive and read proposals that cannot be compared with one another. Nobody in the leadership group is confident enough in the subject to say which of the opportunities being described are real, and the people who understand your operation well enough to know are not in the conversation.
You do not need a strategy yet. You need your leadership group and your operational owners to be able to have the same conversation, and a defensible list of where to look first.
An education component that builds a working understanding of AI across your leadership group and the people who would own AI work day to day. Then a facilitated workshop that turns that understanding into a shortlist of candidate use cases drawn from your own processes, put through four filters, with a list of what is not worth pursuing and why.
It is deliberately not about technology. The emphasis sits on strategy, process redesign, data quality as an operational question, governance under Australian obligations, and the workforce change any of this causes. We name no products and recommend no suppliers, in the room or in the report.
Medium and large organisations. The test for any individual is whether they would own an AI initiative, not whether they would approve one.
Organisations usually buy when one of four things has happened.
The shortlist is written to be read by people who were not in the room. That is deliberate. The most common reason a workshop produces nothing is that its output only makes sense to those who attended.
Fixed fee, not a day rate with an open end. All figures in Australian dollars, excluding GST.
| Format | Duration | Participants | Education | Shortlist | Price ex GST |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI Bootcamp & Use Case Workshop, full | Two consecutive days | Up to 16 | All eight modules | Ten to twelve pages | $18,500 |
| AI Bootcamp, compressed | One day | Up to 16 | All eight modules, 5 to 8 condensed | Six to eight pages | $11,000 |
| AI Executive Briefing | Half day | Up to 12 | Six modules, executive selection | No. Summary note instead | $5,500 |
The Executive Briefing is education only. It contains no workshop and produces no shortlist. Participant caps are set by single facilitator capacity rather than room size. Additional participants beyond the cap are $450 per person, and a second facilitator, required above sixteen, is $3,500 per delivery day. Delivery outside the Perth metropolitan area carries travel and accommodation at cost plus a facilitator day rate.
The same eight modules, delivered to a mixed cohort of twelve to twenty-four people from different organisations.
| Package | Duration | What it includes | Price per seat ex GST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation day only | One day | All eight education modules and the participant workbook | $1,650 |
| Both days, full format | Two days | Education, workbook, opportunity canvas and cohort synthesis | $3,200 |
Day two is not sold on its own, because it requires the day one workbook as its input. The second and third cohort seat from one organisation are 15 per cent off. A written company roadmap for a cohort participant is available at $4,500. Cohort dates are released as sessions are scheduled — register your interest and we will let you know.
We market the pairs discount actively for a reason. A sponsor and an operational owner attending together produce a far better outcome than either attending alone.
The bootcamp does not put a dollar value on the candidates, sequence them into a program, or assess whether your organisation can deliver them. Those questions are answered by the AI Readiness Assessment at $22,000 to $33,000 and the AI Opportunity Diagnostic at $42,000. We say so plainly in the report, and there is no obligation to buy either.
Where what you want is an independent view while you act on the shortlist yourselves, rather than a further study, that is Ongoing AI Advisory at $6,000 a month.
We also do not issue the teaching material as a standalone pack. It is written to be delivered rather than read. The workbook is the record participants take away, and it is more useful because it contains their answers rather than ours.
If the bootcamp is not the right starting point, we will say so.
